About me - Arne Homborg

Born in 1977 in Minden, Westfalen in Germany. After school and some visits to university I opened my first company together with a good friend. After selling consumer goods over webshops and online auctions for some years I decide to change to chocolate business:

Chocolate

Since 1999 I make the German chocolate site www.theobroma-cacao.de with independent information about chocolate & cocoa. Over the years it became the number one chocolate site in German language. In 2006 I decide to make the site more professional offering advertising and services for chocolate companies.

In 2007 I start producing my own handmade chocolate products (see and buy at the Onlineshop) and in March 2008 the first part of my website is translated into English language.

The future maybe brings the complete site in English and like every chocoholic I dream of having my own cocoa plantation one day ;-)
