History
In 1990 Philip Morris bought Jacobs Suchard (with Milka, Toblerone, Suchard) and in 1993 it merged with an other subsidary of Philip Morris the Kraft company. The new name was Kraft Jacobs Suchard.
On 1. June 2000 the company became the new name Kraft Foods.
In 2007 Philip Morris (now called Altria) give all shares of Kraft Foods (88,9%) to the shareholder of Altria. So Kraft Foods today is an independent company.
