Located in the heart of Brussels, Zaabär (name inspired by Bazaar of Istanbul) is a space of 400 m² marvellously designed, comparative to New York places. The founder François Decarpentrie and his young dynamic team create the concept of chocolate factory open to the public.
History
The idea of "Zaabär" came to the mind of François Decarpentrie, the creator, in Istanbul, in may 2007. When discovering the Bazar Spices Market, he wanted to create a range of spicy chocolates that enables people to disciover the taste of spices through the chocolate.
